Services are delivered according to the scope and schedule confirmed in the written order.
Before delivery
An inquiry does not activate a service. Before payment, confirm the product or deliverables, supplier, access method, total cost, expected delivery date and any customer prerequisites in writing.
Subscriptions
The order identifies the provider product, plan, account ownership, activation method, term and usage limits. Delivery can consist of the agreed activation or setup assistance and instructions. Do not send account passwords through the inquiry form.
API services
The order identifies supported endpoints or models, authentication arrangements, usage charges and limits. API access and usage records are delivered through the method agreed for that order, with credentials handled separately from general inquiries.
Development and deployment
Deliverables may include source code, configurations, documentation or a deployed system, as listed in the project agreement. The agreement defines milestones, testing, acceptance, intellectual property and any maintenance period.
Hardware procurement, hosting and model or software licenses are included only when the order expressly says so. Private deployment feasibility depends on the selected model, license, hardware and workload.
Timing, delays and records
There is no universal instant-delivery promise. The written order sets the expected schedule and dependencies. If an agreed milestone is missed, contact us with the order reference to discuss delivery or remedies under the order and refund policy.
Order confirmations and invoices identify the selling entity and services charged. Tax treatment depends on the transaction and seller’s applicable obligations; no specific VAT rate or tax deduction is promised on this website.
