These terms describe use of the Weistuo AI website and services agreed with Chengdu Weistuo Digital Technology LLC.
Website inquiries and orders
The website provides service information and helps you prepare an email inquiry. It does not accept payment, create a customer account or activate a subscription. Sending an inquiry is not acceptance of a paid order.
A paid engagement starts only after the parties agree the scope and commercial terms in writing. The quote or agreement identifies the seller, product or service, fees and currency, applicable taxes, delivery, payment arrangements and cancellation terms.
Third-party products and access
AI providers set their own availability, account eligibility, model access, limits and acceptable-use rules. App subscriptions and API usage are separate unless an order explicitly states otherwise. Do not share credentials or use an access arrangement contrary to the applicable provider terms.
We do not promise that provider accounts will avoid review, that models will remain available indefinitely, or that an account restriction can be bypassed. Changes affecting an order should be addressed through order support.
Billing, renewals and cancellation
This website does not enroll visitors in recurring billing. Any recurring arrangement requires prior disclosure of the amount, frequency and cancellation method and your explicit agreement. Accepted payment methods are those specified in the written order.
Cancellation and refund requests can be made using the contact details on this website. The Refund & Cancellation page explains the initial subscription guarantee and conditions for other services. No customer dashboard is required to make a request.
Development, data and deliverables
Development and deployment projects require agreed deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria and a change process. Intellectual property rights, hosting responsibilities and maintenance must be stated in the agreement.
Before connecting production data, agree the providers involved, permitted data use, credential handling, retention and access controls. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive datasets through the inquiry form.
Responsible use and limitations
Use the website and services lawfully and respect third-party rights. AI output can contain errors; review it before relying on it. Uptime, response times and performance are guaranteed only where explicitly agreed in writing.
These website updates do not retroactively reduce rights under existing orders or mandatory applicable law. Contact us about any inconsistency between this website and your signed agreement.
