Refund terms distinguish subscriptions, separately purchased API usage and custom work. Existing order commitments and mandatory legal rights remain in effect.
Initial subscription guarantee
First-time individual or team subscription purchases have a seven-calendar-day full money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. Contact us with the purchase date and order reference to request it. A reason is optional.
This guarantee applies to the initial subscription charge. Separately purchased metered API usage and custom engineering are different products governed by the conditions below. These distinctions must be disclosed before payment; included subscription usage is not retroactively reclassified as a separate charge.
API usage and custom work
Consumed, separately purchased API usage is not refundable under the subscription guarantee. For prepaid unused amounts, the quote must disclose the balance, expiration and refund conditions before purchase.
Completed custom development, deployment or training is not covered by the subscription guarantee. The project agreement must state cancellation terms, treatment of undelivered milestones and any committed third-party costs. Claims about defective or undelivered work remain subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Renewals and cancellation
No automatic renewal is initiated by this website. For an agreed recurring service, contact us to request cancellation and identify the order. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period unless otherwise requested or specified in the order.
A renewal refund may be requested within 48 hours of the renewal if that renewal period’s service has not been substantially used. Verified duplicate charges are refundable in full.
How to request a refund
Contact us using the details below with your order reference, purchase date, service and requested resolution. Do not provide full payment card numbers. Preparing or downloading a draft does not submit a request; call us or send it to our contact email.
After review, we communicate the decision and next steps using your agreed contact method. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing and posting times depend on the payment method and financial institutions and will be communicated for the specific request.
Disputes and existing rights
Contacting us can help resolve an unfamiliar charge or service issue. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank, payment provider or relevant authority. Earlier written order guarantees are not reduced by this website update.
